Physical Products (Books, Journals, etc.):

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. -
Eligibility:
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item). -
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost. -
Return Shipping:
