1. Shipping Carrier
All physical orders are shipped via FedEx.
We choose FedEx for its reliability, real-time tracking, and timely delivery.
2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number once your order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. FedEx offers:

FedEx Ground/Home Delivery (3–7 business days) – for standard U.S. orders

FedEx Express Saver or 2Day (2–3 business days) – for expedited shipping

FedEx International Economy or Priority (5–10 business days) – for international customers
Delivery times may vary based on destination and unforeseen carrier delays.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:

If we are unable to ship to your location, we’ll notify you immediately.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your FedEx tracking link. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order is damaged or lost in transit:

We will open a claim with FedEx and either reship your order or issue a refund, depending on the outcome
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
